This is probably one of the best products I have purchased on Amazon. I had a very old C-section scar that had started to look very red and raised. As soon as this arrived, I put some on the scar and I cannot believe the difference in literally a day. I am so happy about the results.

Very good product so far. After 6 times using this gel (2 days), I found my 6 inches surgery scar started flattening. 3 weeks after that most part of the scar flattens and is less visible. Before using this specific Murasaki silicone advanced scar gel for surgical scars, I used same brand Murasaki silicone scar gel (the label states it works for surgical scars) https://a.co/d/05PSAAtC but the product didn’t work, and the method using it was so complicate. Following the instruction inside the box (the old version didn’t have the instruction printed outside the box). The user must apply warm towel over the scar for 5 minutes and massage until the scar feels heated in order for the gel working. New surgical scar can be painful when I massaged it.

It’s really good. Only complaint is for the price I would expect more. Only lasted 2 weeks.

With this stuff, it is hard to say if it does anything. This is my second purchase of this product and I am still unsure if it is effective or if I can use it correctly. There are no useful instructions. The amount of product is in question, as it is difficult to dispense. Unless I start getting surprisingly positive results, I will probably not purchase it again.

I love this product! I recently had surgery on my face and my surgeon suggested using a silicone gel. I searched Amazon and this is the one I landed on. I can’t speak for other silicone products but this one I know works very well! It is a light product that goes on smoothly without being greasy at all. The little pump top bottle that it comes in is super easy to use and just right amount comes out while keeping the product well sealed and clean. I hope I never need it again but if I do this is the one I will return to!! oh! And I forgot to mention that one month post surgery my inch and a half long square across my face is barely visible!!

Have been using the silicone scar gel cream with SPF 30 for about a couple months and I can see that my scars are fading. I’m using the product on my mommy makeover scars which I obtained 6 months ago. It’s still too early to have full results but what I can definitely say is that the SPF works. I wore a 2 piece bathing suit to the beach and the scars on my abdomen were protected, the skin did not burn at all. Besides the SPF, the other thing I really like about this gel is that it dries very quickly.

This is the best product I have ever used for my five surgical scars on my abdomen. I have used every brand of tape and many other scar creams. My doctor recommended vitamin e. The scar tapes work pretty well except they fall off. Then I'm not consistent with them. But this scar gel I keep on my nightstand and I use it twice a day. It is so easy to pump out a little on my finger for each scar. My scars hurt and they itch so bad. This gel brings immediate relief. I started using this gel again recently because the tapes just weren't working to relieve my pain. I immediately noticed a difference. The vitamin e that my doctor recommended did nothing. The other creams did nothing. But this actually takes the pain and itch away. Don't even worry about the price because I have spent a fortune on other products that didn't work. Get this gel If you are experiencing pain and itching from your scars. My scars have not disappeared but maybe within a year they might go down a little bit. I am determined to use this and only this from now on. You will not regret buying this.

The texture change after buying it again. What a disappointment

I've used this scar cream for about 2 months. I used it on new surgical scars and old acne scars. For acne scars, it has lightened and flattened the scars noticeably. For surgical scars, it has helped greatly in flattening the scar and evening out the color. You have to use this consistently to see results. So far I've had great results!
