Back Brace with Cool Pads | Lower Back Lumbar Support Brace Belt | Back Pain Relief (Medium, Waist 32 to 36 inches)

I bought this brace because of the ice pack inserts. First, it says there is a pocket to insert them, there isn't. There are only recessed areas to put them in. So, the ice packs aren't secured in place and makes putting it on with the ice packs in place very difficult! A real trick, actually. Secondly, even with the ice packs in place, this brace material makes me sweat and very hot. However, it is very sturdy and well made. It's useful for physical activity, like housework, if you don't mind being hot. But not for general use because it rides up when sitting. It also runs small. I have a 29 inch waist and bought the medium. It fits me but I don't see how it would fit someone much bigger. Certainly not as it's listed. I wouldn't recommend it and wish I had returned it.
