Dont buy it!
This is a 25 cent plastic piece of garbage they tricked me into buying for 13 dollars. False advertising! There are no moving parts. Its not even worth my time to return it. Dont make the mistake I did.

Wish it was a working lighter
These previous reviewers are full of crap. I don't normally leave reviews unless I have to disrupt the bull. I bought this by mistake. But if I read the specifics correctly I would not have purchased. But it is as described. Not plastic. Very durable. Who would think they're buying real gold for $13 crawled from under a rock or they're a kid or something. I'm fighting against the hate and the fake, one true review at a time! :)

Only decorative
It's a nice ring, but it doesn't have a functional lighter button. Customer service was excellent however, so the 3 stars are just for the lack of clarity on whether or not it's a functional lighter or not.
