Great quality Review: Great - Great quality and solid built!! ## Features - STRONGMAN TRAINING: The unique shape of the Strongman log bar allows you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. Each muscle is utilized throughout the log press as the bar progresses from the ground to the overhead position in the log clean and press. - RACKABLE SPECIALTY BAR: With a racked log bar, plate loading becomes easier, and athletes can begin their movements directly from the starting height rather than having to pick the log up off the ground. - NEUTRAL GRIP: The neutral grip will lower the stress on your shoulders as you press, making your intensive training free of any unwanted pain or residual soreness. The grip measures 7.75" long and is 42mm in diameter. The neutral hand grips are 23.75" on center for a relaxed, comfortable grip. - DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: This heavy-duty steel can withstand up to 1,000 LB and is fully welded from seams to end caps. The specialty bar is powder-coated black for a durable and longer-lasting finish. - DIMENSIONS: The barrel measures 8" in diameter and weighs 50 lb. The overall width is 71.25", with 48mm diameter by 10" long loadable sleeves. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B093LVDTBL | | Best Sellers Rank | #178,456 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #293 in Strength Training Bars | | Brand | Titan Fitness | | Brand Name | Titan Fitness | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 50 Reviews | | Finish Type | Powder Coated | | Grip Size | 42mm | | Grip Type | Knurled | | Item Dimensions L x W | 71.25"L x 7.75"W | | Item Weight | 50 pounds | | Manufacturer | Titan Fitness | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | RCK8LOG | | Product Dimensions | 71.25"L x 7.75"W | | UPC | 840009208430 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Weight Capacity Maximum | 1000 pounds | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Titan Fitness - **Finish Type:** Powder Coated - **Grip Size:** 42mm - **Grip Type:** Knurled - **Item Weight:** 50 Pounds - **Manufacturer:** Titan Fitness - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **Product Dimensions:** 71.25"L x 7.75"W - **Unit Count:** 1.0 Count - **Weight Limit:** 1000 Pounds ## Images ![Titan Fitness Rackable Strongman Log Bar, Powerlifting Log Press Competition, 1000 LB Capacity, Strength Training Specialty Barbell, Home Gym Weightlifting Equipment - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41jsxUnII4L.jpg) ![Titan Fitness Rackable Strongman Log Bar, Powerlifting Log Press Competition, 1000 LB Capacity, Strength Training Specialty Barbell, Home Gym Weightlifting Equipment - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/511FuUXUlxL.jpg) ![Titan Fitness Rackable Strongman Log Bar, Powerlifting Log Press Competition, 1000 LB Capacity, Strength Training Specialty Barbell, Home Gym Weightlifting Equipment - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51dCSo12kKL.jpg) ![Titan Fitness Rackable Strongman Log Bar, Powerlifting Log Press Competition, 1000 LB Capacity, Strength Training Specialty Barbell, Home Gym Weightlifting Equipment - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51nI+9YuVFL.jpg) ![Titan Fitness Rackable Strongman Log Bar, Powerlifting Log Press Competition, 1000 LB Capacity, Strength Training Specialty Barbell, Home Gym Weightlifting Equipment - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51-UqOJSpzL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it *by J***B on August 18, 2026* This thing is awesome!
