is sealing required to prevent smudging?

The glossy sticker paper is waterproof also can be cutted by cricut cutter easily

I let the stickers sit over night and the ink is still smudging. Any clue why? Yes i used inkjet printers, glossy settings

Did you seal the Waterslides?? Or do you have laser? Which you don’t have too. Or it depends what paper you used
