Works as described
Works great alittle loud but works well my house has no ac so I bought this and another unit n it cools the whole 3 bedroom house!

No cold air
I normally do not try to give bad/negative reviews but this was a mistake. I ordered this air-conditioner and it would not blow cold air . I called tech-support and done everything that they wanted me to do still would not blow any cold air whatsoever. I Tried to return it back to Amazon and they wanted me to ship it back to them which I would have to pay for shipping as well and I would have to get a box big enough and sturdy enough to hold a 18,000 BTU air-conditioner and return it to a post office so I contacted the seller and they shipped me out another unit which seem to be damaged in shipping it was bent badly so now Iโm still trying to get a working air conditioner.

La verdad llevo dos meses aproximados de estarlo usando es muy bueno se puede conectar a wifi y controlarlo desde tu telรฉfono yo la verdad no e podido espero ustedes si si se atreven a hacer esta compra se los recomiendo tambiรฉn otra cosa que les querรญa comentar en otros productos como este la luz del electrodomรฉstico queda directamente encendido las luces de los botones y este no puedes apagarlo y dormir sin luz en habitaciรณn me encanta recomendado

Cools great but LOUD!!
Works great in a bedroom sized room. My only complaint is it is LOUD when the compressor kicks on. A bit annoying on how loud it is.

Great A/C
It's so nice and fairly quiet. It keeps our old farm house very comfortable. I even had to grab a throw for my legs the other night. We got the biggest one and we love it. I think it was the 2400 btu. Installation was easy enough. It was a little expensive but I believe it was worth it. I absolutely love the app that I can pull up from anywhere. The app let's me check how how efficient it's running and check how much electricity it's using. I would highly recommend.
