I'm a 74 year old woman who has watched boxing all my life. I currently use a speed bag but thought I'd "perfect" my skills with a body bag. This piece of equipment is ideal. And, since I'm not exactly Jess Willard.....I didn't need to fill the base with water or sand. The suction cups hold beautifully. This gives me a perfect aerobic workout and helps keep my arthritis at bay. I also have a Boxing Gym nearby that works with folks with PARKINSON'S. Boxing really helps them regain some of their coordination. As one other reviewer mentioned, the bag and base come in two separate shipments. I received the bag one day and the base the next. AND....it's a lot easier to put together than IKEA furniture!

I'm a big guy and i hit hard so most bags get wrecked in just a few months or they fall over too easily, i still have to put it in a corner so it doesn't fall over if i really wanna hit hard but otherwise it can take whatever you throw at it

Easy to assemble and great product quality. But the Suction cups at the bottom do not function as intended. The product still lifts off the ground ( tiled floor) when in use despite 110lbs of sand in the base.

My nine-year-old son is an MMA and needed a punching bag to practice with. I researched every product out there and this one seem to be the best. Well so far it is. Easy to assemble and it does its job. Just make sure you understand that unless you have a very clean and non-porous surface, the suction cups will not work. I assembled the bag in my living room where I have tile and I didn’t need any sand or water at all. The suction cups were phenomenal. But when I move the bag to the garage where the floor was porous, the suction cups were useless. That’s where you need to fill in the bottom container with either water or sand. We moved the bag to his Bedroom where he has the fake wood floors and it works well.

1.Super easy to assemble and even comes with tools whether you have them or not.2. Takes hits well even with boken/practice swords/staffs(no blades people)3.Used rocks for base to weigh down those suction cups, which do their job until you hit too hard. Good resistance.

This punching bag came in two separate boxes that came within 2 days of each other. Well packaged and easy to put together. One thing I wish was a larger opening to pour sand in.... 2 inch hole could be larger. The suction works so well I can't even use it unfortunately because I have a floating floor which it will suck on to but hitting the bag will lift up the floor planks. As the instructions say, best to do on marble or tile only. All in all a good buy.

Bought this for my 8yo (4.4ft) to practice karate kicks and punches. The size is great for her, and I liked the padding included to cover the pipe in between the bag and base, to help avoiding hurting her feet when kicking that area.As someone else suggested, get a big plastic funnel for less than ten dollars to make life easier when filling with sand.Our floor is laminated, wood texture, so we did not install the suction cups. Two bags of sand from local construction store was enough to hold it in place with some movement when hitting it. For more support you would need another bag to keep it sturdy.
