This phone works very well. It is a bit of a brick to carry around apart from this the phone is very good. It is quick enough for my purposes, supports all the apps I need it to, has more than enough memory and storage space and the main reason I bought it is that I get 4-5 days of battery life out of it. The most I managed to make it last was 6 days, but 4.5 days is usual. The only down side is the camera is not great, it's OK, just not great. Overall if you want massive battery life then this is a good option.

The phone whilst good in build quality is let down by its ability to be used as a courier device. The GPS takes around 2 to 3 mins to find your location when not moving then when it does pick your location up the moment you move it does not register, occasionally it will catch up with your actual location and sometimes actually follow the road your on before suddenly thinking your in the middle of a field. I could not use this device reliably for my job.I had high hopes as I knew the battery would last a whole day without needing to be charged but if it can't do a simple function that other phones can do easily then it's a massive let down.Have sent mine back for a refund and will try another brand.

Have had this phone for about 4 months and am very pleased with it on the wholeHowever there are a few things that let it down.But first the good things the battery life is fantastic as might be expected as the phone has a 10 amp hour battery. It will easily last 2 days of very heavy use.The screen is nice and bright and crisp. The finger print reader is fast and accurate.I like the notification light on the front and back of the phone.I have also dropped the phone twice from about 1.5 meters with no damage what so ever. So lives up to its ability as an armoured phone.Now the not so good because of the huge battery and solid tank like build it is very heavy and chunky which can be a problem as it is really noticeable when carrying it about it can get on your nerves very quickly.The other problem is the camera which is the same system as on many other phones at this price but lacks the same AI system, which really makes a difference to picture quality.I had a umidigi F1 which received this soft wear update and it improved the picture quality greatly even though it didn't have as good camera sensor as the doogee.I have put a third party camera app on the phone which does improve things but I wish doogee would update the inbuilt app. That said if you do take your time and mess about with camera settings you can take good quality pictures.The other thing that is not that good are the quick access keys on the side of the phone which can be a bit fiddly to use and can lunches apps accidentally which is a pain.So to sum up the phone overall is very good but does have some drawbacks.

Battery is brilliant, use it all day and still have 48% at midnight. The screen has great contrast and is bright enough to watch Netflix outside. I transferred 113 apps from my old phone and still have 81% memory free. 10 apps open and still have 4.67GB free that's 58%. Most apps open in less than a second, the largest only take 2. The signal strength is much better than my wife Samsung S6, the screen is brighter and clearer, so she bought an S88 too.The only fault that I found was that the software doesn't have an 'App Drawer', that list all the apps in alphabetical order. This phone has a good potential to be a good phone but the screen is very fragile. They should not to mention that it is gorilla glass and shock proof. As you can see I used a phone case and a tempered glass screen protector and I dropped sometimes from my hand (only hip level) and the gorilla glass was more demaged than the glass protector. I never had this negative experience with my previous not rugged phones. All the other features could be ok. And I have been waiting for my new screen for mor than 30 days which is under warranty. Just texted them yesterday and they seemed that they had not posted it yet. :((I suggested them not to mention the gorilla glass among the features of the phone because it is just a shame and the shock proof is a false information.Battery is very good. After returning home in the evening the batrery percentage is still about 40% without recharging during the day.

Love this phone. The battery can last up to 5 days (most I've had). It could last longer depending on use. I can easily get 2 days using my phone quite heavily. It's pretty chunky, doesn't fit in your pocket too well. Tested it for water resistance and it's great, I took a few videos underwater. Great, tough, long battery life phone.

Nice rugged phone with great battery life, the screen is clear to, but it struggles to keep your GPS location for long which when using Google maps its very frustrating. When receiving calls they don't always come through even with phone signal. Trying to make a call can take upto 30 seconds to start connecting. The loud speaker is loud but not very clear. Camera takes a long to focus and even when it does it can come out blurry still. It's a shame as it has the potential to be a great phone but certain areas of the phone has been neglected. I ended up sending the phone back.
