100% size up! I’m 5’7 155lbs with longer legs and usually a medium. Sized up and they’re great. Roomy enough in the waist so they’re not restrictive and long enough so I’m not pulling them down all the time. Super soft too.

Glad I read the reviews and went up a size. I normally wear size large, but these are xlarge and fit perfectly. The underwear part rides up a bit but overall super soft and stretchy material. They’re cute, I would buy in other colors for sure.

I generally wear a 10/12 and size L in most brand workout shorts. After reading reviews and looking at review images I decided to go for the XL since I have larger thighs and wanted to be more covered (this style often exposes a lot of leg for me). I'm glad I went with XL because I think the L waist would have been too snug (I have more of an apple shape). The XL fits perfectly - waist fits but not too tight, the legs are flowy, they don't ride up too much when I'm walking (always a little bit, thanks to my thighs, but way better than some other shorts). Going to buy more of these!

I like the look, style and quality of the shorts but they size smaller so I recommend getting a size larger than usual. I’m 5’1” and 150 and I purchased the larger size. There is a panty liner that is fitted so if you don’t want that it might be uncomfortable but I plan to use it on the beach so I wanted the inner lining.

I would recommend going up a size or two if you have some or more than average on your behind. I gave mine to my thin little sister (she was about 12 at the time).

I typically can’t find athletic shorts in an extra small, making them big on my waist. I have never found a pair of shorts that fit my waist and legs. All I have to say is wow! Not only did they have an extra small, but the waist band really does fit. I could probably have went with a small and they would have still fit my waist right because of how tight the waist band is (keep that in mind). These shorts are comfortable, and the slit in the side gives you some more room if you do have bigger thighs. The material is nice and flattering. They are the perfect length for athletic shorts whether you use them for the gym or just lounging around. I don’t have to adjust them throughout the day either. I am overall pleased with this product. I will definitely be buying more. I included a picture of me wearing them for size reference.
