Great Pan.
Been using Copperchef (last about 6 months to a year at best). This pan is better constructed and the higher quality is very obvious

Good quality but only works on the "smaller ring" induction stove
Very good quality, heavy and solid pan. Well made. However, am disappointed that for induction stove tops, the stove only detects it if I place it on the smaller ring.

Finally, an egg pan worth the title
If first impressions hold, this is exactly the egg pan I have been searching for for years. It is hefty and balanced and has even heat distribution. The butter melts and spreads in a full circle. The egg cooks perfectly, evenly, and slides off the pan with ease. What I find charming is the instructions actually admit the non-stick will fade over time. We all know non-stick does this but to have the maker tell you is ideal. No high heat and keep the cleaning products away. Just rinse and dry. Works fine with my induction stove top.
