I’m trying to cut out white flour and go keto, but slightly allergic to almonds. Cashew flour has been a good alternative for me. I use this flour to make keto “english muffins” and it works great! Nice texture, not too dense, and a mild flavor.

I've been cooking with almond flour for a long time and was curious how cashew flour would work in my favorite recipes. Turns out it works great! I've made lemon muffins, and brownies so far and it turned out really great. It's softer so it has a slightly different texture once baked but I like it just as well as almond flour, and more than coconut flour. This also arrived super fresh and well packaged.
