iPod Touch 5 Case, iPod 6 Case iTouch 5th & 6th Gen Cover Hybrid Heavy Duty Shock Resistant Silicon Skin & Hard Shell (Rainbow Glitter)

I couldn't wait for this case to arrive. It's my dream case because I have an iPod 6 gen. And I knew I wanted a clear case to show off the pretty blue back. I also wanted silicone because they are less likely to slide (out of my back pocket). Plus this case IS glow in the dark which is a plus. Yes, it IS glow in the dark people who are saying it isn't. But it's not some magic material that creates its own energy. You need to charge it up first by placing it under a lamp. The glow does last a while too! The home button is the only part I don't like. Maybe it will loosen up, but rn its (just a little) hard to press. No big deal. And at last, the back is opequ and gives a slight show of my blue iPod and the circle on the back fully shows the blue which is nice. I'm happy with it :)

This is a really cute and functional case. The combination rubber and hard shell case offer protection without bulk and are attractive to boot. I am happy with this purchase for the price I paid. I deducted one star because the colors are not as bright as the pictures appear . I do not think this is a matter of calibrating my monitors because I looked at the pictures on my freestanding monitor as well as on my iPhone. On both screens, the colors are vibrant and saturated. In real life, the colors are slightly more muted. Not a big deal and I would buy it again, but you should know before purchasing.

This is a nice protective cover case for the iPod. The glow in the dark rubber slips over the iPod and then has two plastic pieces that clamp together to protect the body. The rubber area does glow in the dark very well if it has been near any light source and the plastic is a great protective piece to protect the body of the iPod. The rubber ends also add grip to any surface you set the iPod down on which is a nice extra design bonus. I have accidentally dropped my iPod on cement with this and it remain in perfect condition. It is small enough that you can still fit it in your jeans pocket and it does not take up a large space as many other protective covers do. Inexpensive and does the job of protecting very well.

So far a very nice, durable, cool looking case! It has destroyed all my expectations. Specifically my expectation of the blue/black fade being a cheesy paint finish. I don't know what finish it is exactly but it looks cool and doesn't scratch off with my fingernail like one I had a while back.. Does a good job protecting my iPod 5 and looks PRETTY DARN SICK! Haha Love the glow and love the fade. Fits like a glove too. Also it's not as fat as some of the other hybrid cases that I've owned before.. The only possible con is that I wish the glow would be brighter but that is dependent on how much light you shine on it.. I guess they used a spotlight point blank or something like that to get it to glow like that. Hope this is helpful!

As others have stated, the case is a bit flimsy. BUT, it does seem to do an adequate job of protecting the ipod (my son dropped it the first day the case was on it, of course). We haven't seen it glow in the dark yet, but we've also been super busy. My daughter now wants one, too.Only complaint is that it didn't arrive within the promised 2 days, and the tracking info never updated. I'm not sure if it was a seller issue or a usps issue, but it was irritating. For this reason, and the flimsiness of the case, I give it 4 stars.

This case is always on my iPod now. It isn't big and bulky. I got it two months ago and currently still don't have a screen-protector, I have dropped the iPod many times and the case comes off, but somehow there's still not a scratch on my iPod. I've tried to put it in the sun to make it glow in the dark, but living in Vermont we don't get much of that. So my case also doesn't glow in the dark. I put a sticker on the back of it too and since it's plastic I can peel the sticker right off! Well, I know that because I did...

I like the case more than any other case I've had for my IPod touch 5G (4 others before). It comes in 3 layers. One rubbery layer to cover the ipod excect the apple symbol on the back and the screen. Then two solid plastic see through layers, one on the back and one on the front that connect perfectly around the rubber layer. This makes for a strong case that feels good and is durable. While it is not a very arty or eye-catching case normally, once lights go out it does glow in the dark giving the case a uniqueness. It doesn't glow as bright as some might think but it certainly glows enough to be really cool looking. All and all I definitely like this case and would recommend as something simple and durable but also unique from any other case there is right now!

This is probably my favorite case I have ever bought! It arrived quickly and looks just like the photos, although it glows green, not blue. If you let it absorb light first it will glow brightly in the dark, and sometimes mine is still glowing in the morning! It fits my iPod very well and I like the combination of silicone sleeve and plastic outer shell. It covers the wrist strap button area as well as the bottom around the headphone jack, charge port, and volume holes. I like cases that cover in between all those holes instead of having the whole bottom part open! The case is somewhat opaque, but the blue color of my iPod still shows through, and the glow factor makes it really cool! Definitely worth the price!
