Primarily used for crusty bread loaves, rolls, and bagels. It does what it's supposed to do... it cuts nicely.

This knife is not a sharp nice so remember that a serrated is not known for its sharp edges. HOWEVER, the serration on this knife is solid and would cut a tomato, loaf of bread, or anything else which has a fragile exterior.Fantastic buy... I'm looking to buy the full set. I do wish the manufacturer would proofread the packaging and instructions. Multiple typo's but that is typical with products made overseas.

Good solid knife that looks very nice. The serrated blade works very well for cutting bread and other foods. It is comfortable to hold. I purchased this knife at a reduced price for an honest review. Not much can be said about a good knife. I don't think you will be disappointed in this knife.
