Poor customer support and wrong size chat. Be aware, the size chart is not accurate. As per chat, my size is S. It is too small, i cannot move it to the knee. The seller is ignoring my messages, which i sent multiple times, asking to replace it to size M.

Just make it short: DO NOT BUY.I am an average height-weight ratio person with relatively thin legs. So I chose size small but it restrained my blood flows.If the size is still fixable, the design is not - while the sleeve is so thin that it cuts into my leg, the hole surrounding my knee cap is way too big/loose to provide support.So it becomes useless and the seller does NOT accept return/replacement at all.
