Really helps soothe a headache or migraine. Leave it in fridge or freezer until needed. Wish it came as a 2 pack as it warms up before the headache subsides. Will be buying another.

Lovely cooling face mask. Perfect for headache & migraine sufferers but great for cooling itchy eyes from hayfever too.The essential oils smell great, nice and relaxing.I’ll have to buy another one as my daughter keeps using it.

Fits well just had a strange smell so sprayed with freebreez now ok, delivery quickly looks good, small bottle of oil in the end of cardboard could be e missed if not looking for it

I had this mask before but in pink. I used it as a sleeping mask because the cooling helped me fall asleep really good. I sadly lost that one so bought this one, which is almost identical looking to my previous one.Functionally this mask has not been identical in its purpose to help me sleep though. I ca't say for sure but I suspect the mask goes int my eyes throughout the night, so that when I wake up I see blurry and have swollen eyes. I cchange the strap tightness to check whether it' just too small or positioned wrong, because my old mask (visually iential to this one) never caused this issue. saly none of this id the trick. I now keep this mask for emergency uses or to maybe regift to a friend. For uses like anti migrane it might work well, I don't know, so I've given it 3 stars for that and because generally it's a cute mask
