The glue is, well....gluey...
These claw caps are great! They keep my cats from tearing up my berber carpet and couches! The only issue I have with these is you have to find the sweet spot with the glue. If you use too much you'll end up gluing kitties beans together. But, if you use too little kitties will lick them right off the next day. Other than that, they're super cute and work like a charm!

I love them! I had ordered the medium based on ...
I'd used another brand for years on my previous cat and just tried out these for my current kitten. Overall, I love them! I had ordered the medium based on his weight (11 pounds) but found I had to clip them down to fit better (my next order is smalls... I keep his nails on the shirt side). I also had better luck with kiss brand glue than what is included. I find the actual caps to be pretty much the same quality as the other brand and this brand offers some more color options. I've already ordered 2 more sets.Obviously, your cat has to be down with the application process. Since I work alone to apply, I find putting my cat in his harness (that he is very used to) and anchoring his leash helps keep him put and then I have both hands available for application. I suggest holding back the paw fur and gently blowing on the cap to make sure the glue is dry (only takes a few seconds).

Have used with multiple cats for years and had great success.
I have been using these on our cats for several years and our furniture is thankful. They work best if you start to apply them when your little one(s) are kittens(or as soon as they are comfortable after you bring them home), this way you cats are comfortable with you both trimming their nails and putting on their Purrdy Paws.I have always trimmed the Purrdy Paws a little so that they fit our cat perfectly (see image of my modified nail on the bottom). I would highly recommend making modifications to the Purrdy Paws by trimming them down a little if you have a smaller cat (like me).If you have never used these before it is an absolute must that you monitor your cats paws daily. When you first begin to put them in your cat you will likely go through them fast, as your little loved one will likely make a game out of trying to bite them off. Be diligent and patient in replacing any that might be missing. Your fur friend will eventually get used to them.Amazing product with the best value and I highly recommend using them as a humane way to keep your cat happy and your furniture scratch free. One Last Comment/Disclaimer:It is super important that You not over fill them with the super glue. Nails that are over filled with super glue may not come off naturally. If you overfill the nails with super glue and the nails don’t naturally fall off, as your cats nails grow, the worse case scenario is that the Purrdy Paws can begin the grow into your cats paw pads. That is the reason that it is imperative that you monitor your cats nails. If an overfilled nail does not fall off you will have two options: 1) use nail clippers and carefully remove the stubborn nail yourself by trimming and cutting the Purrdy Paw off or 2) seek veterinary care so that they can remove them professionally. Again, I can’t stress enough how it is super important that you do not use too much super glue!

They work, last long
I purchased large caps,Kandy is about 10lbs, she needs medium in Purrdy Paws brand.(I prefer the cleated caps in large)They usually stay on for about 8 weeks plus even though I bought the wrong size.I recommend applying them top clean and trimmed feet and nails. To keep her fully distracted I cap all 4 feet and feed her immediately after the glue is dry.The upholstery is safe although she still claws at everything including trees. She can still catch rats, birds, lizards, etc.

Get different glue and a happier cat
Did not come with enough glue, did not come with any extra covers, and the glue was not strong enough. However I was unable to find a groomer or vet to do it and had to do it myself and my cat is already 1 so she fought pretty hard about it.

Hurry before glue clogs the tube
They’re so pretty! I love them! But the cat does not lol also hurry before the glue dries in the skinny part of the tube. I tried to clear all the glue out before I put it away. But I could see the tube being glued shut for the next application

These were alright - they were the first claw caps I ever tried and afterwards I tried the brand name ones. The brand name ones definitely stay on longer because they have the ribbed interior. I had to put these on almost every day because kitty was able to get them off.
