I tried this product of a period of a few days. I took 30 ml the first night. I fell right to sleep and didn’t wake up until morning. It was excellent. The next 2 nights I took 15 lm. That was good for me being 140lbs. It seemed almost as good. Then I tried 7.5ml just to see. This seemed like my normal sleep. I even woke a few times. The next night I did 15 ml and that seems just right for me. This stuff really works. I am keeping this on hand if I need a good night of sleep or just can’t sleep. I loved the berry taste. It’s so good. This 2 pack was a good value for the money. It’s easy to use and adjust if you need to. I am always keeping this in my bathroom.

This really does help me sleep

Can’t fall asleep without it. Have been using this product on and off for 3 years and when I am still wide awake at 10PM one dose has you dreaming within an hour Or so. The big plus is that I don’t feel groggy in the morning. Prescription medicines don’t work well for me because I can’t snap out of it in the morning. Highly recommend this product.

It does help get to sleep quick, at first! I’ve had sleep issues for years, mainly due to my career choice. This did help at first. One swig and I was out like a light! It’s meant for short term use, or occasional use. Speaking from experience, you will develop a tolerance to this if you take it daily. Then you might find yourself taking more than a swig. I got to a point where I could drink the bottle and it didn’t work for me anymore. If you are having the same issues, please seek help. Long term use is dangerous and there will be severe side effects for it. That’s not a knock to the product itself. It works VERY well for occasional use and wasn’t designed for long term sleep issues. I only knocked it down one star because the taste is awful to me. But seriously, if you need more than a swig or two to fall asleep, talk with a doctor to help find a better solution!

Fell asleep pretty quickly. Not addictive and seems more restful

My partner travels alot for work so hes always in a different time zone amd it throws his sleep off. I got this for him to travel with and it helps alot to give him a good night's rest.

Supposedly this stuff is non-habit forming and while that may be true for some, I have found it’s easy to lean on this product a little too often. Drink coffee a little too late in the day? This works. Prescribed a stimulant and need to sleep? This works. Stressed out and just can’t sleep? This works. BUT keep in mind it is a histamine-suppressor, which means it’s suppressing your immune response while you snooze. This isn’t a beneficial habit to keep so this product works best when you use it occasionally and not every night. I’ve noticed grogginess in the mornings that lasts until I get moving and it quickly wears off. I’ve also noticed more lucid dreams while using the product as well. Overall, I continue to purchase it to try and balance out my stress ball lifestyle but I refrain from using it daily. Tastes ok, kind of like Aperol and cherries.

this really helps with sleeping issues, if you have sleep deprivation like me, it makes your overthinking go away, i cannot wait to restock again in a few months when it runs out!
