Shipping was fast. I ordered the 4-pack for our storage sheds and the main door entrance to the garage. We recd the 4-pack of lights last week and put them up. We got two 5x8 (retired) UHaul pods that we're adding a roof to, creating one big covered storage area. We didn't want to run electric to them, so I bought these lights. I put a string of exterior rope lights in one pod, but I'd have to run an extension cord everytime I needed to use them. I have no time or patience for that! So far, I LOVE these lights! Hubby even likes them! They sufficiently light up each pod ENTIRELY with one light unit in each. And the one that we put in the garage keeps me from tripping on tools, wood, etc when I enter that way (it's really dark, even during the day, when you open only one of the 2 doors). I can't speak to battery life, yet, but will update my review later if needed. But with the ease of installation and the brightness of lights, I like them enough that I may purchase more for other areas around the house!

Got these in a 2-pack through Amazon Warehouse Deals and couldn't be happier. I installed them in a large, long closet with sliding mirror doors (you know, the kind that everyone hates) which were so dark to find anything even with the lights in the room on. These are just amazing brightness! No troubles finding anything now. The new style diffusers really spread the light out nicely. Just sliding the doors to open and the light turns on. Good sensitivity on the motion detector. PRO TIP: READ your instructions. If you have issues with the rooms ambient light causing the light to fail to turn on, you can remove the ambient light sensor easily on this model!! Then the lights will turn on regardless when they detect motion. I will definitely consider purchasing more of these lights as they are just damn handy!

I thought these light were very high priced but I really needed something to help my elderly mother during the night. I am really glad I spent the money...very worth it! The lights are bright but with not a lot of glare. They turn off after 21 seconds and do not waste battery power when travelling room to room. I would highly recommend for anyone who is a fall risk. I would give more stars if I could!!
