Product is filled with natural materials which heat up well in microwave. It helped my mother with a strained shoulder and held heat for a good amount of time. Simple product which is effective and easy to use.

I have had this thing for 8 years and am still using it. It melts away muscle pain; I use it for everything from menstrual cramps to back pain to massaging a charley horse, and it works like a charm every time. Unlike other products on the market, it's heavy and very full of whatever is in it, which makes for superior heat retention. 2 min 15 seconds in the microwave and this thing gets nice and HOT!
