This has been a great buy. I've had it for some time and the solar top-up charging is convenient if you don't expect too much. For example, leave it on a sunny window and use it for short periods once or twice a week and it will always be ready. Run the battery down beyond half way and you will have to recharge via a charger. Bright enough for most jobs. I have dropped it from the top of a wheelie bin and no discernable damage apart from an impact scratch so it seems quite tough too.

I have used MEIKEE products before and have found their customer service (MEIKEE direct, not Amazon) good when an item was faulty, so was comfortable to buy from them again.Features:This item is great and has several options to step up and down the brightness as well as an adjustable stand to angle the light.A separate button will allow you to adjust the "Kelvin" of the light (Warm to cold light)Battery:On a full charge, I have used the light all day (around 6-8 hours) when working outside and it has only lost 1/4 of its charge. Which I obviously think is great considering how bright it is.Button location/useability:The only thing i would call out is its design flaw with the button locations, given that the entire rear is a solar panel (which I haven't tested).I scoffed at the other reviews when they were mentioning this issue and thought "well just don't look directly into something you know is going to light up - duhh!" ... but it does - it catches you out and you just need to do it!!You have to look at the button to know which one you are pressing to turn on or off and burn your retina's with the power of a million candles, which i can only explain as like looking directly into the sun - where it leaves a dot in your vision for a while.So MEIKEE - if your seeing this, put the buttons somewhere else, anywhere else. It will be worth it.Build Quality:One of the negatives - with it being a light on the cheaper end of the spectrum - is that the build quality isn't amazing. By this i mean that, the USBC charging port, isn't aligned exactly with the case and as such, made putting the cable in, the first few times a bit tricky and required me to bend the port a little bit to get it aligned.Otherwise - a good product and I would recommend...

This is an absolute bargain for such a brilliant and well designed bit of kit. It pumps out light at two temperatures: bright and warm light. It has an additional emergency flash. It’s super bright and has an added benefit that it can be used as a phone charger also. It’s quite small and flat so easily transportable and it has magnets also so great for under the bonnet. It also has a stand. So incredibly well designed and a great price too.

This is the second time I’m buying this light and I’ll buy it again as it has great battery life and different lighting modes

it works well & provides a bright light, although I have not had chance to test the battery life.

Not as bright as it suggests not a massive battery as it says but is built well got a better one from Aldi cheaper

Good product and good price is pretty bright

I have contacted the supplier 5 times by email without response. This light does not fully charge, it has been charging for over 24 hours and 1 light out of 4 is still flashing, I used it today and lasted for a few hours only - I assume faulty or useless, hsve asked for a replacement or info re refund - my experience with this product and customer service is negative - what a waste of money ! I hope I hear from seller soon, I hsve not got money to waste for items that are not fit for purpose, would recommend not to purchase
