Would not recommend. Only used one dose as they left a dreadful fishy aftertaste which seemed to last all day. Rest thrown away sadly.

5 months' supply high strength Omega 3 Fish Oil - 1100mg of combined EPA/DHA per serving...
At time of writing, this 2000mg Omega 3 Fish Oil was being sold for just £9.99. I presently take a 'high strength' 1000mg Omega 3 fish oil and take double the recommended serving but it's still much more expensive than this one from Surrey Health and the EPA/DHA breakdown shows a staggering difference in favour of this brand.This supplement provides a massive 660mg EPA and 440mg of DHA with a 2 capsule serving. Two capsules of my regular brand give 360mg EPA and 240mg DHA - so I'd need to take almost 4 capsules of my regular brand to equal the EPA/DHA combined levels of the Surrey Health version at 1100mg.I find the capsules easy to swallow. The pack I received had a long best before date of the end of February 2024 and contained 300 capsules - a 5 month supply, not 4 months as the online description suggests. They're made of bovine gelatin and of course because they also contain fish oil they're unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans. Another brand switch for me then...
