I've had several different Rydeen brand camera over the years. This DM-HD4 is another excellent camera in their lineup! I love the very compact size and the way they do their cables. Picture is excellent as is low light performance. I would recommend that the included mount be modified though. As it is, it will not allow you to rotate it to a horizontal position above the camera body. If the mounting ears were just a bit longer, it would allow the mount to swing that extra little bit and provide for even more mounting options.

I had my mechanic recommend this camera and I thought it was a little bit ridiculous because I never heard of the brand before but the picture on it is excellent and it does very very good at night I was really surprised so this is the one I’m gonna be keeping I recommend five out of five.

The image quality of this camera is fantastic! I previously had another Redeem camera which had LEDs on it for night vision but it was lower resolution and I eventually damaged it by accident. This model is so much better in every way. I specially like the option of NOT having the active parking lines built in to the camera itself. The only odd things is that you have to connect wires to disable the parking lines which is counter intuitive. It seems as though it would be a loop of wire you'd cut to disable.

None intrusive and pretty simple. Instructions could be clearer and I am not sure why they don't come with the "mirror" option as standard (just switching a wire), but it bolts behind the license plate and works every time.

I bought this backup camera looking for a good way to get a backup camera but get more of an OEM look. This did exactly that and it looks amazing and has great video quality. I have also purchased the BSS-MI mirror from Rydeen which has such a clean look and I use it as my monitor for the camera. I would highly recommend getting this backup camera!

Picture quality could be better, but Def does the job. I prob wouldn't buy again though..
