Perfect oversized hoodie!!!! It's lasted me 2.5 years so far and I might buy another one!!! So good, quality, soft, the size, the weight!!! It's awesome

I needed to replace my lightweight all-cotton hoodie after the sleeves became frayed from heavy use. I first bought a Fruit-of-the-loom hoodie which was 60 % and 40% polyester. It was soft, lightweight and looked great but provided very little warmth. It also didn't do a good job of wicking away moisture when I wore it for a jog.I next bought the Hanes Ultimate Hoodie, which is also a single-layer hoodie, but contains 85-90% cotton. The cloth is also thicker than the Fruit-of-the-Loom hoodie, so the Hanes hoodie did provide the warmth I wanted. As a single-layer hoodie, I still consider this to be a light-weight hoodie, but if you live in California or another warm-climate state, you might consider this to be medium-weight.Now for the fit. I am 5'6" and weight 158 lbs. so I bought a medium size hoodie. The Hoodie comes oversized to allow for shrinking, so I didn't panic when I took it out of the package and found it looked too big. After washing it and shrinking it in the dryer, it fit perfect. Some of the reviewers noted that the zipper doesn't lie completely flat after washing. Yes, that's sort-of true, but the effect is minimal. Another review complained that the material felt rough. Yes, that's only true if you compare it to all-polyester hoodies. The hoodie is made out of cotton and cotton always feels a little rougher than polyester. However, it was just as soft as my cotton sox. My only real complaint is the size of the pockets. The pockets are small. Even if I make a fist, my hands barely fit in the pockets.

For $20, I’m not going to complain. I’m 6’1” and 210 pounds. I got a XL, it has good body length and fits well however kinda short in the arms. When I hold my arms out, it’s about an inch short. I can’t stand that but kept it anyway to be frugal.

To me, this is a perfect zip-front hoodie and is exactly what I was looking for.Fit: I'm 6' 1" tall but have proportionally short legs and a tall upper body. If my legs were longer, I'd be close to 6'5" tall. I know because that's how tall my sons are and they have the same upper body as me. I'm a big guy too at about 260+ lbs. right now. The XX-Large fits me perfectly. The sleeves are long enough and the jacket is a generous length at the waist without being too long. I love a little extra room in the shoulders and around the chest and under the arms. This hoodie has that type of cut which gives it a feeling of effortless comfort. I can move my arms and upper body easily and do everything from yard work to throwing a football without the jacket binding up. By the way, I tried the XXX-Large first because I wanted a comfortable fit and XXX-Large was just too big for me. Amazon took the return, sweet and easy, and I'm glad I traded down in size. Amazon is amazing in this way. You can buy with confidence. XX-Large is absolutely the right fit for me. I would say the fit is as expected but a touch on the roomy side, which I like.Feel: I think this hoodie is an excellent weight. I know it says heavyweight but everything is relative. I'd realistically call it a medium weight which I like very much. It's heavy enough to throw on for a crisp, late fall, morning walk in Upstate New York with my wife but it breathes well so I don't get overheated. For me, I'd say the jacket is good by itself for about 40 to about 60 degrees F. Any colder or if it's windy and it works great as a layer as I add an outer shell coat. As it gets warmer, I'll wear it unzipped until I just don't need it any more. Then it's easy to take off and light to carry. I'll sometimes throw it on around the house on a cool day like a sweater. It's easy to wear.Fabric: Mine is 90% cotton, 10% polyester. The exterior has a normal, dense-cotton, sweatshirt-type shell which helps to make it a bit more wind resistant. The interior is a nice soft brushed poly fleece which feels great next to your skin and wicks away any sweat. Very comfortable overall.Features: The zipper is reasonably heavy and mine works easily and smoothly. The front pockets are deep, roomy and comfortable. They are perfectly placed and cut right to easily rest your hands inside and feel secure without putting pressure on your forearms. The hood is just fine and feels right on my back. I will rarely, if ever, actually use the hood but the jacket just wouldn't feel right without it and it's nice to have there if I ever need it. The hood lays well and doesn't get in my way.Overall: I'm very happy with this full zip-front hoodie. It's a classic and just what I wanted for those times and activities when you need a comfortable, lived-in, sweat jacket. At those times nothing else is quite right. This one is perfect. Highly recommended!!Update June 2024: I have purchased 4 of these hoodies now. I spread them to likely locations I will need them so one is always handy. All of them are wearing very well and I still love them. I reaffirm my high recommendation.

Liked the plainness of the jacket and the weight was between light and heavy.

This is not a lightweight every day Hoody, but it definitely will keep you warm. I run a little big but very well made.

I ordered a small. the size is fine on arms, back & front considering it’s designed for a man, but what i found odd was that it’s a short cut after washing & put in dryer. I bought because it’s over 75% cotton, whereas women’s clothing in cotton is a rarity. (being a woman, so I buy small men’s tshirts, flannel pj’s - men’s clothing is so much better quality for the price) this is nice & thick. the zipper is a bit thick for me and the top part of zipper sometimes scratches my neck. it’s comfy but oddly short & I’m petite.

I am not a large build, but wanted an oversized hoodie, so I went with the men's one. It is really big on me, but soft. I think it gets softer each time I wash. Price point perfect for what I wanted to use the hoodie for.

This is an excellent hoodie, well made, not cheap, good stitching. Only thing is they fit much larger than one would think for the sizing. At 6-2 270 the 3XL saw GIANT on the chest and shoulders. 2XL still very large in chest, waist and length, I have a Large coming today, fingers crossed it will fit right.But worth the money.

I bought this in April 2023 and it was definitely not £29, I can't find it exactly but I think it was £10-15 as I was happy with how inexpensive it was, and probably wouldn't have bought it for more. However if you don't mind spending a bit more, I would recommend this, it's so soft and comfortable, and also good quality, I wear it a lot and it's been through the wash a lot and is still in perfect condition. I am a woman size S/M so bought S as men's sizes are bigger, and it's perfect, slightly baggy which I like and the sleeves are also long so it feels extra comfy. Probably my favourite hoodie I've ever owned
