Si te interesa BLW, deberias leer el libro de Gill Rapley.
Muy buen libro, aporta mucha información fiable (no hace falta buscar info en webs donde la gente escribe lo que quiera y no siempre coinciden las versiones lo que puede resultar confuso). Su autora es la que ha usado ese termino por primera vez y se nota que lo explica muy bien. Viene con historias de las familias donde uno puede indentficarse con algunas de ellas. Me ha encantado!

The book describes in details why the author thinks baby led weaning is the best approach on how to feed y9ur baby but no tips and no recipes. to be honest its a waste of time and money

Really informative, easy read
Really informative, answered all my questions and got me really excited to start weaning my baby! Will be keeping a hold of it to refer to during the weaning process, and will also lend out to family members who aren't sure of baby led!

A must read for new parents!!
The book is soooo good! I cannot recommend it enough. I’ve learned so much and I’m so excited to implement BLW with my baby when she is ready. Even if you already started with spoon feeding but want to explore something different, get this book! It’s not too late and there are so many benefits to BLW.
