The executive Caressoftplus Vinyl chair in black with the metal chrome finish is as comfortable as it is handsome. The chair utilizes a two paddle mechanism which designates one paddle for lift and one paddle to release spring tilt or lock; it is very heavy duty. The chair is made with a material called Caressoftplus Vinyl which is a trademarked vinyl that is an ultra-soft, breathable upholstery that looks & feels like leather, but more durable & easy to clean. The chair also offers tilt tension, a pneumatic gas lift and an upright lock. It has been designed with a sturdy 27 inch chrome base with 2 inch nylon dual castor wheels and has a weight capacity of 275 lbs.

Review: Amazing office chair! - Amazing office chair! I have been on the search for several months for an office chair that would be comfortable enough (& look nice) to sit in for about 6-8 hours in my home office. I found this one a long time ago but I hesitated since the padding didn't look like much and I couldn't find much information on these. I needed something that wasn't going to kill my back as I work. I couldn't be happier with this decision though, one of THE most comfortable office chairs I've had over the years. The padding is on the thinner side for a chair, but what I couldn't find out online are the details hidden INSIDE the chair that make it so comfortable! It's basically set up almost how a couch is, when I can I will upload pictures of this. The lumbar support is really nice too and is just like the bottom of the chair so it's soft on your back. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the padding on the arms of the chair are a bit hard. I don't use them much anyway but it would be nice if they were a bit softer. The castors on the chair are some of the best I've ever had too as I have carpet in my office and I do not use a mat underneath the chair. The chair glides as if it's on a hard surface. I highly recommend this chair especially if you need it for a long work day like I used it for!

It’s a brezze to put together. I can’t, at this point, say for sure that it will hold up well — but I don’t see anything that makes me think it won’t. I like a chair that sits high. I have a high desk — about 30 inches instead of 29. I’m short — so one of my biggest issues is finding a comfortable height that puts me at my desk level. This one certainly does. It might be a little too high. My feet dangle a bit at the setting that puts me at a comfortable typing position — but I use a foot stand — so it’s fine. It will be great for taller people.

**Q: Are the arms set too high such that it doesn't get under your desk?**
A: That would depend on the height of your desk and how high you raise the chair itself. My husband uses it and it stores under the desk. He is 6’3” so maybe he does have it low, but I’m  5’3” and even when I sit in it it’s comfortable.

**Q: I am 6' 1" would back be up to my shoulders or can I rest my head on it too? (how tall is the back from seat surface?)**
A: I'm 6'3" and the top of the chair back is level with the top of my shoulders... so no, there is no head rest if your tall.

**Q: Is the chair pad as firm as it looks? It says nothing about what it's made of.**
A: It’s quite firm. A lot of chairs have that seat portion that is quite bulbous and sturdy. This is sturdy without that plush portion. It’s sleek, comfortable and I don’t really know how to tell you what’s it’s made out of but it’s not that kind of fabric you get in most chairs, like there’s not threaded lines or anything. It’s like pleather-ish kind of thing.

**Q: Does this chair  swivel?**
A: Swivels, tilts and adjusts vertically (up and down). Bought mine 18 months ago and I LOVE it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the product but had issues with USPS delivery

After doing extensive research online and trying several at in stores, finally selected this chair. Its design/look, sturdiness and the comfort is great. Perfectly suited my home office setup. Highly recommend this product. One caution is that this was shipped through USPS. The packaging is not great. First time when I received it looked like it was an used chair. The package and the chair was damaged. I have returned immediately but opted for replacement of the same chair. Second time USPS delivered me wrong package and marked my chair as delivered. I had to open a case with USPS. Then they came back to deliver my chair.
