Mixes easily
Great way to get fiber. Dissolves easily in smoothies, cereal, oatmeal etc. I use a lot of NOW Supplements and always trust their ingredients

Decent price and product from good brand. Prefer to buy larger amounts for less.
Inulin in a smaller bottle. Product seems good but does not last very long. I find that this prebiotic fiber is best used every day, or almost so, and prefer to purchase in a larger container to last longer, cost efficiency and have available. Even if traveling, any container or a baggie can suffice. Just label it so it doesn't get confuse with other white powders, like laundry detergent. Not bad. Not sure I would buy again, unless cost-effective.

The gut and brain connection
Recent clinical trials have shown an improvement in memory with daily intake of inulin and fructooligosaccharides. It's too soon for me to know how well it is working, but I’m all in. There are other benefits as well that you can find online.

Helps with CONSTIPATION
I have not only irritable bowel syndrome but I now have ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s. Regularity has always been a problem. Having discovered FOS I am thrilled. 1/2 to a level teaspoon mixed in a small amount of water approximately a few ounces taken at night along with some magnesium and slippery elm helps immensely. I noticed quite a bit of difference when I forget to take it at night or even in the daytime. Now I won’t be without it!!
