Previously, I carried a wallet that was very thin. It was hand made and I never thought I would find one that was as slim again. I tried serman brands wallet, but it was too thick, so I thought I would give this one a try. I'm glad I did! I currently have 7 cards and 10 bills in the wallet and it's just as thin as my last one. I predominantly carry cash, so I like the money clip on the inside for quick access. However, I didn't prefer the clasp to be on the bottom, so I pulled it out and put it at the top. It's obvious that the wallet is designed to have the clasp come from the bottom, but I actually found that it reduced a slight bit of bulk changing it, and also flowed better when I need to access the cash. All in all, I'm currently pleased!

The money clip in a few Slim Wallets have a money clip that is noticeable when you sit on it. The money clip on this wallet is located in the hinge of the wallet, and actually has a clickable hinge to pull away from the wallet to add a couple more bills and clicks back to hold the bills. This isn't just a piece of metal you pry away slightly to add a couple bills. So a definite plus on a money clip in the wallet that I can place in my back pocket.The crazy horse leather? Works for me just fine. Any damage I do to the poor thing from scratches and wearing just adds to the look, rather then detract. The seams look solid so far, but only time will tell to their quality.Pockets? The ID card pocket can stick a little as a warning. Some of the interior are a little more forgiving then others on adding and removing cards At the same time, you'll never fear of a card falling out. That said, I do with the exterior card and ID pockets face away from the hinge, instead of towards it. That may change with wear though, and I may be glad that aim towards the hinge.The end result is that I'm happy with it.

I have purchased several cell phone wallets but none of them fit the bill like this one does (pun intended). Yes, it's not a cell phone wallet, but when you add 3M wide velcro to the ID window and then to the back of your phone case then it is the best cell phone wallet you'll ever have. The downside to most cell phone wallets is the cash location or absence of any real cash storage. This one has the money clip in the center fold and so your cash doesn't wad up and blow out your cash pocket like other case wallets. This wallet has so many pockets that I struggle to fill them all. I currently have 13 cards in my wallet and the wallet still feels flat. The wear factor is outstanding as well.

My previous wallet/money clip was a Bellroy, which is similar but costs 3 times as much. Bellroy stopped making carbon fiber and I figured to try ybonne (it is a leather wallet). The wallet is rfid blocking--an advantage--and has two outside pockets as well as 4 inside pockets. Works well as a minimalist solution to carrying cash and cards. I Still don't know where this product was made and have a suspicion that it is an amazon proprietary brand. That said it is a quite reasonably priced wallet.

I am still getting used to the way the money clip works, but I like the design of the wallet. I especially appreciate how the clip is sewn outside of the fold in the wallet. This design helps keep the wallet thin and closed when not in use. I looked at other wallets that were bi-fold with a money clip on the outside, and the ends of the wallet would slide back and forth on each other. The design of this wallet keeps that from happening. The lack of one star is me getting used to how the money goes into the clip. I have used a Fossil money clip slim wallet for the last 15 years which had a traditional clip on one side.
