I exhad the worst knee and hip pain for years from some accidents I was in and my chiropractor recommended these for my awful knee/hip/ankle pain and they are a miracle!! After a week of taking them my knee and hip haven’t bothered me once inner the last 2 years and I pretty much had some sort of pain just about everyday before starting them! Highly recommend

My knees have been clicking since my late teens and now I’m in my early 40’s trying to master barbell squats for the first time in my life. My trainer recommended a joint supplement so that I could perform the exercises without pain. Honestly, I have been blown away with the results. After the first 2-3 weeks of taking this supplement every day before breakfast, I was able to do squats with less pain. Then no pain. And after a couple of months, now I’m squatting with weights on the barbell and feeling almost zero knee pain. Wish I had found this sooner! As for the pill itself, it’s a little clunky and not gel-based, so I swallow one at a time carefully. They have a slight odor, but for the benefits I’ve gotten, these are non-issues for me.

Great for my old bones

I was told by some friends that it works for some and not for others. For me it was unbelievably effective in stopping my hip joint pain that made regular walking painful. In less than a week I was beyond happy. Walking was no longer painful. I do 3 pills at the same time once a day with a meal. Easy to.swallow and did not upset my stomach. I just followed the instructions. It has been a game changer for me.

I was looking for a Joint health supplement that comes in an easy to swallow pill rather than a powder i have to mix in my drinks daily, so when i found that this one combines all 3, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, & MSM (The Turmeric was a bonus) I got excited. HOWEVER Looking at the dosage on the supplement label has me concerned. The standard dose of MSM is 1000mg daily. This has 25mg. The standard dose of Chondroitin is 800-1200mg daily...this has 150mg. I didn't bother looking the other ingredients up. I'm disappointed that i have to take even MORE pills. bad enough that this dose is 3 pills.

Takes time but really does help with the aches and stiffness in my joints. I was taking plain glucosamine but tried this one because it also has turmeric.
