Taste was great - not too sweet, but also not bland. Used this as my primary nutrition for a century and I never bonked out. Mixed easily with the water provided. No cramps either. Quality is top notch and I will definitely use this again as part of my nutrition plan.

I have been using this product for over one year now during all my runs. It has held me up through anything from training runs, marathons, and various ultras. I placed 4th in the Leadville 100 run in 2017 using primarily Tailwind. It never gives me gut bombs, and it is a really easy way to get calories in when you don't feel like eating real food. The individual packets are great to throw into a pack and open nicely to put into water bottles while running. The powder dissolves quite nicely- I use two scoops to one 20 oz water bottle during races and I never have clumps in the water. It seems to work great in both room temperature or cold water. I cannot recommend this product enough!! Purchasing the variety pack is a great first step- you can experiment with the caffeine infused flavors, as well as the other non caffeine flavors.

I’ve competed in races of all sizes and distances. These individual packets make it simple to throw in a drop bag for races. Tailwind as a whole is a great resource for race nutrition and is easy on the stomach. 200 calories per bag is enough for an hour of working out. Not over potent with flavor either.

The description said that it comes with 12 packets. When it came, it was in a plastic bag (inside the shipping bag), and there were only 11 in the bag. Pretty expensive to be short 1. Update: Their customer service was great and refunded me the cost of the missing 12th one.

This stuff is my favorite electrolyte option. It tastes so good! I love being able to buy individual pouches in addition to the bag I keep on the fridge. They are great options for on the go. And I get way less sketchy side eyes when opening an official pouch instead of dumping a zip lock baggie of strange white powder into my water in public. TSA appreciates the official packaging too 😂

I'm a type 1 diabetic and an avid bicyclist. I need something to keep my glucose levels in check during long rides. I'm not a big fan of gels and bars. I'd rather drink something to keep my energy up. This product is easy to drink, quickly metabolises and tastes good. I've tried the lemon and tangerine, tangerine is my favorite. Will definitely continue using tailwind.

These work well for me for long challenging bike rides but I have to use only half a packet per 24 oz water bottle. A full packet per bottle is too sweet and gave me stomach cramps (same as w Gatorade). There are directions on the packet for how to use it at half strength and the packet will stay folded in your jersey pocket until you need to use it again. The flavor at half strength is very mild and not overwhelming.

Tastes good and mixes easily. I can drink for entire duration of 5-6 hours events with no GI distress. Can't ask for more.
