My only real complaint is that the blade that cuts the wrap is not lined up so it doesn't cut the wrap at all.

Good amount for your money but it doesn’t stay in the slot. If you move the box the entire roll will roll right back in on itself and then you have to open it again to get the beginning of the wrap & feed it back through the opening.
