It lives up to the hype! *UPDATED REVIEW*
UPDATE 6/5/2020 I was so happy with this chair that I immediately gave it 5 stars and all the accolades that it deserves. Well, a few days into using the chair, I noticed that the seat cushion was defective. It was defective in a way that the foam gave out way too soon. I am 6' tall, 195lbs, and I don't think I weigh enough to wear out a seat cushion that quickly. So, I reached out to Sidiz and they were very helpful with my concern. They took time to figure out what could be wrong with the product that I received and sent me a replacement cushion. I received the replacement cushion just an hour ago. I inspected it and compared it to the original seat. They sent me a seat that's about an inch or so thicker. I also noticed that they used a different foam material. Or maybe it's just the color. Anyway, I installed the new seat and I have to say that it is so much better! Yes, it is much more firm than the original seat, but there is enough give to it that my butt settles into it quite nicely. I also experience pain on my coccyx due to a snowboarding accident years ago, and I don't have that problem with the new seat. This is the first time I experienced that an Amazon vendor has given this much attention to a customer's concern on their product. And for that, I give them 5 stars! As for the squeaking sound you hear, it's coming from the lumbar support section. It's a sound produced when 2 plastic parts exert pressure against each other. I imagine that this can be alleviated by adding a thin layer of padding. Unfortunately, there is no way to access the screws on the lumbar support unless you peel away the mesh back. The sound only comes out if you're moving too much on your chair. If you are very restless, then, you'll hear more of that sound. It doesn't bother me at all because I sit pretty steady. So, that's that. I am a happy camper! I recommend this product, not only because it's a good one, but because the company has a very good customer service! _______________________________________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got this chair delivered minutes ago and I was so excited and assembled it immediately. It took less than 10 minutes! Lay down the feet, put the spring, attach the back onto the seat. Attach the arm rests. Position the chair onto the spring. Voila! All of the chairs that I have bought, returned, or given away, have all been short in height. I was skeptical about this one. But the fact that it has a seat height adjustment on top of the spring mechanism, is amazing. I am actually seated perfectly now, with both feet flat on the floor with my knees bent at 90 degrees! The other amazing thing about this chair is that it comes with adjustable armrest height. This enables me to position my arms properly, and straight reach to the keyboard and mouse. Again, that angle is critical and I am definitely glad that this chair allows me to have that. The adjustable lumbar support is also a welcome change. Gaming chairs just give you that pad, which does nothing, really. With the T50, the lumbar support can be adjusted to what your body needs! I did wish that the horizontal adjustment added another inch. Even the headrest is adjustable! They really thought of everything! One thing I wished it included was a selectable tilt angle/height. There is just normal and the high level. Nothing in between. Well, almost. They didn't add a leg rest. Then again, if they did, I'd be sleeping on this chair! And we don't want that now, do we? =)

Most comfortable chair I've owned, great Hermon Miller Aeron alternative
After buying three chairs for $250 or less I realize I needed to spend some money for all-day comfort. I was sold on the Herman Miller Aeron, but it was easily crossing a thousand dollars with the add-on options I wanted. I did some solid research on Aeron alternatives and I selected this one based on price (excellent), reviews, how it looks, and the ability to return it if I didn't like it. The chair was easy to set up, super comfy, and at first, my body was like, "this is different, it's a new chair, do you like it?" Within an hour I had stopped thinking about the chair and just worked the rest of that Friday. The following Monday I played around with all the adjustments and got it dialed in. It adjusts in so many ways, you can easily set it up to your needs. In the days after that, I never thought about the chair again. I can work all day in the most comfort I've ever had in a chair. For me, the adjustability and comfort alone are worth it. It happens to be affordable and looks great too. #### Here's my take after 1.5 weeks and 40 hours of sitting: Pros: The back tension is amazing. I leave it unlocked so I can lean back as far as I want and yet sit upright without locking the chair. I can easily rotate the handle to adjust the tension while sitting. When I want to lean way back, I turn it one rotation looser. ... The seat chair is plenty "long" and you can move it forward and back. I can sit with one leg Indian style and this is helpful. The seat cushion is just right. Soft enough to stay comfortable all day, thin enough so it feels appropriate for an office chair. The armrests are super cozy and go up/down and rotate inward/outward. It's easy to assemble. It's very stable. Feels great. Cons: It sits high, even in the lowest setting. I'm 5'10'' with slightly shorter than normal legs. But I didn't have any problems. Usually, chairs go lower. The forward seat tilt feature is an on/off thing. You cannot choose how much forward tilt you want. You can just turn it on. With that said, forward tilt felt great, but normal felt even better. So I keep it off. The headrest is useless. I find this true in all headrest chairs. The lumbar thing is cool, but I just tried to make it as if it didn't exist. I'm not a fan of these. I was able to get to where I don't notice it is there. ##### In conclusion, I did a lot of research, purchased three other chairs in the last four months, and this one is leaps and bounds better than those $200 - $250 chairs. I highly recommend it. This is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned.

looks great and fits well, with a caveat about the lumbar
I've owned it for 2 months now. I never review chairs on first opening, especially ones with lots of adjustment. It takes a while to figure out how it fits best for you. I already own a 2022 Secretlabs Titan Evo (regular) at my gaming station and I sit in a Steelcase Leap V2 when I'm in the workplace office. I have a WFH desk that I bought this for, as I work from home 1-3 days a week depending on what's going on at the office. It went together quite easily, no issues with assembly. Fewer parts to put together than I expected. After a couple weeks of making adjustments, it fits well and is comfortable. The recline tensioner works well, the multi position lock works well. The seat adjustability combined with the tensioner and arm position adjustment allowed me to get a position that is comfortable for hours. The adjustable lumbar support, however, is VERY hard and doesn't have enough surface area - If I try to use it for any kind of support pressure other than the mesh, it just feels like a hard block pressing on my lower back. Luckily, I don't need to use it to be comfortable in the chair, and I have it fully retracted and in a position where I never feel it. The mesh back provides sufficient support on its own. The seat cushion is a great combination of depth and firmness. It is noticeably softer than my secretlabs chair, and I prefer its softer support. It's not squishy... its just not nearly as hard as the Secretlab's seat. The removable seat cover, while a nice touch, does tend to slide an inch or 2 when trying to adjust the location of the chair on my carpeted room by just scooting forward using my feet and butt... to avoid it I have to use my hands to pull the chair using the frame. A minor annoyance but nowhere near a deal breaker at this price point. Given the price difference (especially when its on sale) between my 2022 Secretlabs titan EVO that I purchased at the end of 2021, I think for the level of comfort and support, the Sidiz T-50 is a better deal. It is a vastly better deal than the Steelcase leap V2 - though those things take a serious beating and stay together a long time. We'll see how long this T-50 lasts. I am not sure which is more comfortable between the Leap and Sidiz, but they're close enough that I can't tell on the days I work from the office in the morning and at home in the afternoon. Pardon the cable mess and unvacuumed carpet in the pic... :D

It's OK. (Save up to buy a better chair)
I purchased this chair back in December 2022, after being fed up with buying $100-$150 chairs that hurt my body, squeak, and fall apart after only one year of use. I didn't want to pull the trigger on a $800-1000 chair at the time but now I'm kind of wishing I did. Pros: - nice adjustability, can easily switch seating position easily - fits a 195lb 5'10" muscular build dude pretty well (I can sit cross legged on it and I have ~28" thighs) - doesn't squeak even after 2 years of daily heavy use - removable arms for guitar playing - it feels heavy duty and looks good Cons: - my legs and butt sweat uncontrollably since the seat isn't mesh - I have a hard determine adjusting the layback tension so it's not too hard/soft. - the seat doesn't tilt with while leaning back; which at first I thought I'd like but after sitting in a nice chair at my work that does, I wish this chair did that too. - the seat has become slightly angled down (~3-5 degrees) to the right which causes lower back pain if I don't adjust my seating position frequently. - headrest is useless - PRODUCES AN UNGODLY AMOUNT OF DUST (fabric from the back rest wears off and collects in the back of the chair) - doesn't really 'feel' ergonomic. It's hard to sit in an ergonomic position in this chair, I think I need a chair a little bit more snug. Overall 3/5 (60%) It's a decent chair if this is all you can afford right now, but I feel like spending just a little bit more on a little bit more fancier chair is worth it.

Superb chair, great value for the price and looks smart.
*edit 2nd time* Customer service was great, they responded promptly to my request regarding the cushion and sent me one directly from Korea, which came within a few days. The new cushion is a a huge improvement over the old one and this one actually supported my pelvis. I don't sink in and hit the chair bottom anymore! However the original cushion cover has a hard time fitting over the new cushion and it's doesn't completely attach to the chair. However, the velcro attaches enough to not shift around, so it still works. *edit* After a week of using the chair, the ergonomics are great, however, the seat cushion is starting to flatten, and my sit bones are feeling the hard seat below. I reached out to customer support to see what they can do for me. Otherwise, I may need to get a purple set cushion or something. :( Superb chair, great value for the price and looks smart. Since COVID19 SIP, working from home with an ergo chair is a must. I did research and compared this chair with Aeron chairs from Herman Miller, Steelcase, and other chairs I’ve had at various offices. I have a lot of back and sciatica pain and mesh seat chairs hurts my hip joints. This chair is a perfect combo with the mesh back, allowing my back to breathe and also a support seat cushion. The lumbar, height, leaning and other adjustments are super easy to use and they maneuver easily. I’m glad I got the model with the headrest; being able to lean back with neck support helps! It was super easy to set up, took 10 min after unpacking. They were also environmentally friendly with the packing and most of the packaging was recyclable. I hope this brand gets bigger in the US, check out their Instagram (in Korean) to get ideas of other products they have! I’m eyeing their Fungus model ottoman/stool. Super cute with many colors. I just might need to go to Korea when we’re safe to travel and pick one up.
