Felt no real effect and very expensive. Perhaps dosages are not high enough.

Brain OK!.......Wallet....In Pain!
Well I've been taking these Intelligent Labs Seneca Nootropic Brain Support capsules for about ten days now. Four per day along with my breakfast as per the recommendations. I find the typical sized capsules easy to swallow with liquid and I've not experienced any unwanted side effects. So all good. Does my brain function any better? Well who knows! I'll have to leave that for individuals to determine for themselves. At around £45 per month to maintain the recommended dosage however I do worry for the the well being of my wallet.

Expensive, but effective for me. (A powerful ingredient profile - research if its right for you).
Please review the ingredients and ensure that you are not taking too much of what is contained within. Also, check those ingredients and ensure you're aware of the positives and potential negatives of some of these ingredients - as there are negatives. They have chosen some very effective ingredients. I like this blend - but because they're included what is in my opinion a powerful set of ingredients, you really need to be aware of what they contain. Nootropics are called it for a reason. They have an effect on you. Would I take these every day? No. Absolutely not. If you're expecting these to have you buzzing around the house and behaving like the guy in the film/series about Nootropics, you'll also be sorely disappointed. I found they helped me keep a nice balanced mood through the day - and for me, that's fantastic. I deliberately tested them on a day I wasn't feeling at my best. I have found the effects have actually continued the next day a little. It is an irritation that you need to take FOUR for the full dose, and they smell a bit "grassy". I don't see that as a bad thing, personally. The flavour is minimal. Particularly intrigued to find Maritime Pine Bark included, which I have as a separate supplement and isn't that common in these multi-profiles. I am a big fan of that supplement. I won't go into the ingredients profile though for the entire bottle, I am not a medical professional, and they're all complex and with a lot of information available online. I would recommend you begin with places like WebMD as a beginning point. It is worth doing the research to understand what you're taking and why. An excellent, if a very expensive supplement, with what looks like some solid manufacturing practice and testing (though I am not an expert) that I will be using ad-hoc on days I feel I need a bit more focus. Five stars, but it is (as so many are) very expensive. But again - take care with this (as with any supplementation regimen!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Some good ingredients, some not
At almost £1.70/day with a four capsule serving, you would hope that you would have an effective supplement, but I not convinced enough for this cost. Now there are definitely some good ingredients in here: Citicoline, lions Maine, Ashwagandha and Bacopa. But, I would think that most of the benefits of this supplement will be down to just these ingredients. Personally, I would scrap many of the other ingredients and increase the dosage of Citicoline. Uridine is included as an ingredient, but this is redundant, because Citicoline metabolizes into both Choline and Uridine - so why include extra Uridine in the first place? Ashwagandha helps to reduce the production of cortisol, which decreases your response to stress, and in turn that can help you to concentrate and remember, so this is a good ingredient, although the label doesn't specify if it is an enhanced bioavailability version so I would assume this is the cheaper version. There's a number of ingredients included, but very few in ideal dosages or variants. I would make some changes to this supplement and remove the lowest-dose ones and standard vitamins to include higher quality ingredients like Citicoline. For the price I would rather buy the better of the ingredients individually in greater dosages.

Expensive, but work well
There is a very good range of ingredients in this that all work well for nootropic purposes. Whether you'll see much benefit from these depends entirely on your current diet and how your body responds to these. However, I've found that they've worked great for me in terms of keeping me nice and calm, and letting me focus. What I like the most is that there is no caffeine. Caffeine in nootropic products always complicates things because then you need to watch your caffeine intake and need to make changes to your daily tea/coffee intake. I've personally not had any issues with these. They are very expensive, so I wouldn't recommend these for everyday use. But if you've got an important event or exam that you want to ensure peak performance in, then these are great to have just before! Would recommend!

Jury is still out
I have been taking these for two weeks now, I am not sure that there has been any noticeable changes, I don't know what or how I am supposed experience. These are very expensive but, in my view, they are a waste of money.

Can’t say I’ve noticed a difference
I’ve been using these daily for a little while now and being honest, I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference. This is a shame as I’ve tried nootropics before and had really good effects from them with better sleep, mental clarity and feeling sharp. However with these I didn’t get the same effect. It may be different for you but I won’t be continuing these on once they’re gone. Very expensive for something with no effects to me. The pills themselves are large and you need to take 4 in a sitting. So for anyone that would struggle with larger pills, you won’t enjoy these.
