Remove your car cabin filters. Turn on the a/c with the selector in fresh air mode. Either at the bottom of your windshield or under the hood by the windshield is the air intake. Unload a good 25% of the can into the air intake. Move the selector from a/c to heat. Dump another 1/4 can into the air inlet. Turn off the car. Spray 1/4 can into each console, dash and windshield vents.Put the selector back to a/c but in recirc mode - not fresh air mode. Under the passenger footwell you will feel and hear the air being pulled in to the a/c system. Dump the last 1/4 can into there. Once done, turn off the car and install new cabin filters.
