Product damaged, came in a vacuumed bag which I was never informed about or agreed to and it’s thin and all wrinkled even after a while. Not possible to use. I needed to use it right away and now I can’t. Very disappointed. Green yarn - how it’s supposed to be. Cream one - what I got :( Now I have to spend my time returning it :/ This is absolutely unacceptable.
