If I am dipping leg-holds with rubber jaws, should I remove the rubber and reattach after dipping/drying? Or can the traps be dipped as they are?

You can get away with leaving them on however if you want the best coverage take them off. The small amount of time it takes will benefit them in the long run.

Bought 4 gallons of fullmetal jacket and its chunky cant get it out of the jug tryed shaking dosent mix whats goung on ?

I'd send it back. I've used mine 4 separate times, emptying the jug, dipping traps, and returning back to the jug, and it is still liquid. It shouldn't set up in the jug.
