My husband maintains that this is the best $1600 he’s ever spent. This is our first summer on our little pond. Previous owners didn’t do much to clean up the “beach” area so there was quite the build up of muck and rotten leaves. We hooked this puppy up to the dock and immediately saw movement. We have accidentally left it on overnight and run it often during the week but still haven’t seen much of an increase in the electric bill. The kids love not wading through much and the husband is utterly satisfied with our swimming hole. We run it for a few hours every other day or so, turning it a few times to push accumulated much out into the current. Great purchase. Worth every penny.

We are able to enjoy our beach now. We are on the end of an outlet and we get everything from the lake.We have a wooden dock but we were not able to use the dock plate because our water was deep enough for it to work but it will only pull up so far into the bracket. Other then that great product.

This unit worked incredibly well. I got the 1/2hp unit and it cleared out about 35ft in every direction very well and another 10-15ft beyond that it moved debris.This would be a 5 star product for sure but I’m giving it 4 stars as the instructions and info is very difficult to understand operation. I didn’t realize that I not only need to be a foot a water my dock also needs to be about 30” from the bottom of the lake. So I could not mount this to my dock as it didn’t fit. I was able to make do but just made operation of the unit more difficult. Over all well worth the money and great investment!

The aerator Aquasweep Dock Post Mount circulates the water and reduces the scum in the lake. Wish the clamps were bigger.

We live on a point with canals on either side. The most active turns from boat traffic ends up blowing sediment right towards our boat lift and seawall. Consequently, the sediment build-up along the seawall impedes greatly on the ability to get the boat lift arms fully down~and thusly no way to get the boat to float except mid to high tide!One, frustrated with the dredge companies response (none or slow) and expense ($3500 minimum) I found this product. It's $1000+, but way cheaper than the dredge! And it works great!I have a mount at each boat lift arm location. The aquasweep does exactly as I had hope: It removes a nice underwater ditch under each arm. Over two full days of operation it removed about 18" of sediment, sand, debris from under the arms of the boat lift. We can now get all the depth we need for launching the boat, even at low-tide.

I live on a shallow lake that has to be treated frequently for weeds but that doesn't take care of the silt. This is what happened in one day. I've read reviews that it can take a month or more to show progress but this is definitely a good sign. See pic. The color difference is where it's aiming.
