I bought this Samsung OEM BN59-01315J remote control, and it worked great. The quality is exactly the factory, the buttons respond very well and the Netflix hotkey is very practical. It was just putting the batteries in place and it started working with my compatible TV, without complications. It's an excellent choice for replacing a lost or damaged control. Love my new remote! Came pretty quickly after ordering. Needed to replace my original remote due to wear and tear. You will need to add batteries once the remote is received but other than that it was ready to use. I didn't have to program it for my tv, bonus!!! It connected automatically. All of the buttons and functions worked perfectly. So glad I found it on Amazon, it was sold out on the Samsung site. Worth the purchase, cost the same price as the one on the Samsung site.

This is a replacement for the replacement, LOL. The remote that comes with the Samsung television is ridiculous it is so small hardly any buttons so you don't know what you're pushing and when my mother visits her arthritis is so bad she can't hold it in her hand. So I ordered this exact same remote a while ago it works wonderfully no problems put batteries in it I always swap out the batteries that it comes with, and it's ready to go. But, like all things this needed to be replaced simply because it was time to replace it. Just stopped working, change the batteries and nothing worked ,rebooted the TV , nothing .I finally got out the other remote and everything worked so I knew it had to be replaced. Got it the next day and we're good to go it's an excellent price for a great remote

Works well with my tv but the volume button has to be pressed again and again to increase or decrease instead of just holding it down.

I did not know that my remote control was malfunctioning until I contacted Samsung support after trying countless times to connect the tv on the internet. When I called the customer service identified the problem and offered me a link to purchase the remote from them buy when searched it in Amazon I saw next day delivery and bought this for one. So fair it’s been working fine. I recommend this product.

I had purchased another replacement remote control for backup use. When the time came to use the replacement remote control it didn’t operate as well as the original. On a close inspection there were cosmetic differences and the battery lid would not interchange between the two devices. I decided to open the remote control case. Internally there were several differences even between the rubber/silicone button sheets were different and would not interchange. The reason I was using the replacement was because I had worn the rubber button sheet causing the original remote buttons to stick occasionally. Alas the replacement I had purchased that even had SAMSUNG printed on it was in fact not an identical design. So I purchased this replacement remote and it worked perfectly just as the original did. I am very happy with this remote. I now need to purchase another backup device. However I doubt I will need it because I leave the poor quality device out for the children and guests to use but when I sit down to watch TV I pull out this device.

Pues sirve bastante bien lo único es que no pude configurar los botones de Smart TV, como Netflix entre otros, ya que no vino con instrucciones de configuración no sé cómo configurarlo, pero de resto todo bien.

Había extraviado mi control remoto original, había probado con una versión "universal", pero no funcionó. Este sí funcionó, salvo los botones directos de Netflix y Primer, pero se puede entrar a esas aplicaciones desde el menú de Home. Sí lo recomiendo
