Excellent product but delivered incorrectly.
These are effective cough sweets and gentle on the throat. I have bought these before in boxes of 10 packets. This time I ordered a box of 10 packets and paid the full price but I only received 1 packet . This was very disappointing considering this was coming from the Vicks shop. Fortunately the customer service at Amazon offered full refund without any argument on the same day. I will order a box of 10 packs soon.
