I was initially upset because the product was slightly broken in the back where you hang it up. However, I was able to fix it with different screws and the product is actually very nice. I wish companies would not send out defective products, but maybe the damage occurred in transit. I am going to give the company the benefit of the doubt, because it does look really nice while hanging up.

Mounting hardware was installed upside down, but it was an easy fix. Wouldn't prevent me from ordering again.
