Wouldn’t buy any other one
I play rugby and this is the only mouth guard that provides full protection but the ability to breath normally,talk to be understood and small enough to not make you feel like you’re gagging on it when running about!Lost the last one at the end of last season but honestly wouldn’t buy any other type as it’s the best on the market.Just purchased again

思ったより簡単！
ブラジリアン柔術をやってますが、練習中に口内を切って出血した人が居たのを見て、怪我防止の為に購入しました。硬い板状のものをお湯で柔らかくして成形しますが、記載の65℃より気持ち高め(自分は70℃程度)で温めて行いました。数回やり直しましたが、思っていたより簡単に出来ました。打撃のある競技の場合はこれでは不十分かもしれませんが、自分的には満足です！
