Do hands glow in the dark?

Hour, minute and second hands have lume, so they will glow in the dark after being exposed to a bright light. I use a LED flashlight as a bright light source.

if the watch stops (i dont wear watches everyday) do you just set the correct time then wind it 15 times clockwise? or is there another process?

I don’t wear mine everyday so it will stop. I think the most important thing is set the time only clockwise (turn stem downward) and wind counter clockwise (turn stem upward) I would wind it 5 or 6 times. There is an auto wind wheel that winds the watch with the movement of your wrist. Good luck
