The phone case closure snapped correctly the first time, but when I opened it the first time the top half of the snap stayed connected to the bottom half and came out of the tab. See the picture. I emailed this and another picture to the vendor as requested on their customer service insert card which declares that they want our satisfaction. I have had zero response from anyone. I always try to contact the manufacturer before I post a negative review on Amazon. I even told them that if I didn't hear back from them I would post this review. Be advised!
