I bought this not exactly knowing what to expect. The box came with 2 braces. There were no instruction in or on the box so I actually had to google the correct way to wear the brace. I was pleasantly surprised with the brace. First off, I figured it would start hurting my forearm after wearing for a few hours, but it didn't . I basically put it on in the morning and take it off before bed. While wearing the brace I have noticed that I feel less pain around my elbow while being active. I have not been able to lift weights for over a month while trying to nurse my elbow back, but I plan on starting back to lifting tonight. Hopefully the brace holds up through this. Would have given 5 stars if Sports Mafia had included directions.

These work so much better than the kind you buy from the store. Better quality and more durable. The gel pad lasts much longer. And great customer service as well!
