Note that seasoning containers are not sealed by design - the bamboo lid rests on the ceramic as the containers don't need to be sealed (just like your salt shaker is not sealed). The set includes five natural bamboo wood lids, white ceramic spoons, and a matching bamboo lazy Susan spinning tabletop chef's rack with handle. The entire system stands 7" tall, and is 10" wide at it's widest point. These containers are a small size at 2 1/2" tall and 2" wide, ideally sized for a variety of sea salts, spices, or seasoning for general kitchen use. The Sea Salt Cove 312 canisters will hold up to 3 ounces of your favorite seasonings per canister.
