This laptop is a perfect one for my everyday use, it is an absolutely fast laptop, neat,light-weighted, and appropriate size. I liked the amount of RAM, the processer, even the graphic card, it is perfect for designing and somehow acceptable for gaming (low- medium quality).I am satisfied with this laptop and strongly recommend it to everyone.

I purchased this Laptop with a recommendation from my colleague and I am thoroughly satisfied with the buy. It is light weight, slim and beautiful besides the fact that it has more than sufficient memory and a TB hard disc. I feel that this was a perfect buy.

The Laptop, has a fault... it keeps giving a black screen then restartsThe warranty is already expired, Don't buy it...

Es un extraordinario equipo. Puedes encontrar detalles que quisiera agregar pero eso no demerita en nada al equipo, estoy muy contento con el. Si me gustaria que el vendedor le diera seguimiento a los equipos que venden y que no esperen a que uno reclame para que se den cuenta que algo no esta bien

I received the laptop which did not fully work. Called Amazon who eventually put me on the line with Dell. After over an hour on the line, and downloading multiple updates and driver, nothing had changed. Dell sent me a box to send in the laptop to them in which it was quickly returned without repairs and a letter stating that they would NOT repair it. NOT HAPPY.Also, the Amazon representative who was in with the call to Dell called the next day to see if everything was taken care of. He had been in on the plan to send it to Dell but expected the return box to get to me, send it back, repairs, and it be returned to me by the next day, When I told him that I had not received the box to return it yet, he said that he was going to close the case, NOT HAPPY

La peor experiencia de mi vida fue comprar en Amazon. Me envía una laptop que no sirve y Dell no me atiende porque soy de otro pais, ¿entonces para qué venden cosas a otros paises? Hago la devolución a Amazon y me tienen enviando la misma información una y otra vez. Hacer un envio de mi pais a EEUU es casi imposible y super costoso, por las leyes que no permiten enviar articulos con bateria a EEUU. Primero UPS no permite enviar nada, Fedex que pide informes de la bateria, finalmente DHL que si permitía pero con la batería descargada totalmente. Todo lo consulté con Amazon 5 dias antes de la fecha de vencimiento para el envío, y me dijeron que no me preocupe que todo estaba bien, y claramente que sea lo que cueste el envío me lo reembolsarían. Pero llegada la hora, luego de perder el tiempo una y otra vez con servicio al cliente, pues te cierran el chat a cada rato, me reembolsaron 489 dolares menos. Y ya tengo más de 2 semanas reclamando esto y sólo me dicen "si señor tiene razón lo vamos a ayudar bla bla bla", al final nada. Nunca más compraré nada en Amazon, felizmente es una empresa donde el cliente es su centro o principal objetivo.

The computer itself is neat, clean and efficient. Problem is complete lack of quality control. Have had to repair the motherboard and replace the hard drive - all within the first year. Even though the computer was still under warranty, Dell provided no assistance in locating an authorized service center (I live outside the U.S.). Their international support number resulted in a recording - we are in a department meeting (like this could not take place outside of business hours???) for an hour"... No email or chat support options. Basically ended up getting the computer repaired on my own. You can find a better product and better support with another vendor.

The numbers and letters on the keypad are faint and hard to see under virtually any conditions of lighting, even when the keyboard-backlight options/colors are used.
