No just 2 flavors honey lemon and mint, both good.

Do these adhere to the inside of your mouth so that they are safe to use overnight? And if so, do they last throughout a full 7 or 8 hours of sleeping

No they don't stick to the side of your mouth, they are like cough drops. They also don't last 7- 8 hours, they last about the same length of time as a cough drop

Does this contain actual honey?

It does not. It also doesn't have real lemon in it. The ingredients read "natural and artificial flavors. It is also sugar free. Still, I actually like the flavor and there's not an aftertaste like most sugar free lozenges.
