Excellent product that allows me to timeblock my work with a short alarm. Great for kids too.

Time-blindness who?.
As someone with ADHD, I use this timer for everything! To stay on task when using the pomodoro method, to track the passing of time, and to keep track of blocked out times for my structured days. This timer makes time tangible and at a result makes me feel in control. It also improves how calm I feel because I have a better grasp on the passage of time, so I'm less late to things and have been better at task management.
