My mom has had constipation trouble most of her life. She has been taking the cascara daily for several years. She rarely has a constipation or diarrhea issue. She had tried many products. Hands down this has worked the best.

I’m a type 1 diabetic with a stubborn body. This definitely works! I took it around 7pm and went around 8am, I’m ok with that. Definitely cleans you out, no cramps no diarrhea. I just wish I could take it daily as it not for daily use.

Be careful with this one. I took 2 and lived the bathroom all morning. Just take 1 and you will be ok.

An excellent product excellent result

I have a son who just can't seem to "go" without inordinate bowel interventions and helps. I know, every son's dream is for his mom to be all up in his bowel movement business and asking about the deets. What can I say... once a mom, you gotta give a crap about your kid's bowel movements. And that doesn't stop just because they hit double digits or start growing a beard. (I'm working hard to get my kid's guts working well and without incident before we get there). This helps get things going if they're stopped up. Don't use it constantly because dependency can be a result. Senna teas are likewise helpful. (Smooth move). My kid doesn't mind it but it is not his fave. I use leverage though... and after years of him knowing he has to drink it sometimes, he willingly does so. if you really need to cleasne, hit it with all that. Senna tea (smooth move), Cascara sagrada, LOTS OF WATER (honestly my kid doesn't love to drink water and this is the main problem and the main solution!), lots of fiber, healthy fats, magnesium. Things that help also: dates, apples, carrots, PEAR juice. I have been hitting it hard for my kid for a long time because he's been struggling and backed up, slow bowels his entire life. (it do be like that for spectrum kiddos). Probiotics! Fermented foods (my kid accepts sour kraut now on some things! Kefier and other things). And castor oil packs over the tummy at night. This is what we do to get things moving and flowing and Going. It's working. Squatty potty/ or toilet stool (yes yes a little pun) also help. But I can't let up or we're back to laboring to push out Dry Balls of POOH HELL. Trying to avoid disease, hemorrhoids and bowel blocks is my goal for my kiddo and to help his bowels move regularly without my constant help (eat this, drink this, take these, do this, don't do that, etc). It's my job! Some day I will hand dootie duty over to him and he'll be able to doo just fine with this task!

buen producto el unico problema que yo le veo, es que la cascara sagrada por si sola no esta muy efectiva yo le he tomado en combinación con otros dos productos pero es por que yo se una poco de como funcionan los productos de esta marca la conosco por mas de 15 años y yo lo recomiendo si la quieres probar no causa ningun efecto secundario 💯 recomendado

I have used a lot of natural herbs and supplements or whatever you wanna call it for my digestive system. I don’t normally go to the restroom every single day, which is something I know we are supposed to do. These capsules are extremely effective in my case I took them at around 7:45 AM and by 9 o’clock I was ready to go to the restroom. You do feel slightly nauseous, but it’s nothing a little salt can’t. It did not make my stomach cramp up it just let me know. Hey, go to the restroom. As I’m typing this right now at 1:46 PM the same day I have gone to the restroom three times that might be TMI but if you want to know it works I’m here to tell you it does. I also like these capsules better than making a tea.
