You can choose the hanging style upon checkout. If you choose the "Hang and Plug Into Outlet" option, the lamp will come with 2 steel ceiling hooks for hanging. If you choose the "Wire Into Ceiling" option, the lamp will come with a white ceiling plate attached, all ready for wiring directly into the ceiling. All necessary hardware for installation is included in this option. Clear glass globe measures 6 1/4 inches in diameter. The lamp takes a standard base bulb. Maximum wattage is 40 watts. Bulb not included.
