I’m a nurse and spend 12+ hour shifts on my feet, and these insoles have been a lifesaver. They provide amazing support and cushioning that take the pressure off my heels and arches, so I’m not dealing with the usual soreness and fatigue by the end of the day. I have been using these for the past month and I enjoy the added arch support so far. As someone who works on their feet all day and has overpronation, I like that VCTRY has created an insole for everyday use instead of high intensity purposes. While they fit accurately in my shoes, I do wish the arch was slightly more pronounced - but I do notice an overall improvement in comfort throughout the day.

Worked well

I purchased these for my son, because he thought they would help his jumping abilities. Well, unfortunately it caused more harm than good. His knees and ankles started swelling. He started complaining of sore calves. Well, I made him throw them away, because I tried to tell him there were not supportive enough for his flat feet. I have warned friends that this product does not assist kids in being better in sports. That's a gift that will be inherited in time. Do not waste your money, because you will spend more on doctor bills.

The soles are really narrow. They sent a size too small, but even so, there is no way the proper larger size would be wide enough for wider toe box shoes. They might work if they had some extra material that could be trimmed, but they just don't. For reference though, I do use wider shoes - topo, altra. That said, I have carbon superfeet insoles that were perfectly wide enough and even needed to be trimmed. (but they squeak unfortunately). Otherwise, the carbon material seems like it would work well. SO... if you have narrow feet, these could work.

Now listen, I'm a mother. Who spent a lot of money on insoles. I'll tell you I only brought them to keep the peace. He wanted them as a bday gift so he got them. Apparently the jump shots- he's got bunny's in them. Take that how you will. The rebounds.. fast as f...the defense..easier to run quicker in these. They fit all 6 pairs of his ridiculously expensive trainers - all different brands and collabs because every 2 months they feel funny so needs a new pair. But I digress. They are well made, come in a fancy box and feel sturdy. If you play basketball.. then you need to get them - from my son. Not me.
